Subscription cancellations must be requested at least seven (7) days in advance for a refund. Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable charges.
Mid-term cancellations may be considered under exceptional circumstances at Mealhey’s discretion and will be processed within five (5) working days if approved.
Refunds will not be issued for missed meals due to the subscriber’s unavailability or failure to inform Mealhey about schedule changes.
Mealhey provides vegetarian and egg-based meals only. No non-vegetarian options are available.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to check meal ingredients and notify Mealhey of any food allergies. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
No customizations or changes to meals will be entertained once the subscription is confirmed.
Meals will be delivered to the school address provided during subscription. Any change in delivery address must be informed at least 72 hours prior. Mealhey will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or if the food is not collected by your kid from the school security office.
Subscribers must ensure that meals are collected promptly to maintain freshness.
Mealhey will not be responsible for meals left uncollected beyond the designated delivery period.
